• Review current website and digital marketing strategy using the Real Website & Digital Marketing Audit.
  • Undertake research on current website with customers to provide insights for the website brief.
  • Develop a Digital Marketing Plan or website brief.
  • Project manage all aspects of the website development: the design, graphics, consistency and 'look & feel'; site map and navigation; online enquiry forms; write and edit the content; “productize” services; search engine optimisation; social media platforms; establish e-commerce processes (if required).
  • Implement the digital marketing strategy (integrated with overall marketing), ensuring search engine optimisation, social media set up, search engine marketing (eg Google Adwords), online PR, online display advertising & email marketing.
  • Set up analytics to monitor website traffic & marketing performance.
