- Review current website and online strategy using the Real Website & Online Audit.
- Develop an Online Marketing Plan or website brief.
- Project manage all aspects of the web site development: the design, graphics, consistency and 'look & feel'; site map and navigation; online forms; write and edit the content; “productize” services; establish e-commerce processes (if required).
- Implement the online marketing strategy (integrated with overall marketing), ensuring search engine optimisation, reciprocal links, search engine marketing, online PR, online advertising & email marketing.
- Set up analytics to monitor website traffic & marketing performance.
